• Own and grow the Private Clients & Estates function across London and the South
• Build deep relationships with HNW and UHNW clients - from private estates to high-profile individuals
• Lead surveying and project delivery across major refurbishments, TDD, defect analysis and strategic estate advice
• Manage and develop a growing London team, with freedom to hire and shape your structure
• Ensure continuity with two exceptionally strong outgoing leads, each with a major fee base
• Operate flexibly across home, client sites and a City-based office hub

• Senior MRICS Building Surveyor with 10+ years' PQE
• Director/Partner-level capability with proven leadership experience
• A record of delivering high-value refurbishments, private estate work or complex advisory projects
• Confidence handling sensitive, confidential HNW portfolios
• Strong business development instincts and the drive to grow a service line
• A balanced leadership style - strategic, commercial and still hands-on when needed

• Up to Six-figure base salary
