Parts Advisor

Our client's passenger car dealership in North London are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. As parts advisor, you will be a vital link between customers and the dealership, providing exceptional customer service and support in this key role.

The Role

• Using Keyloop Autoline software and Parts Catalogue to manage parts inventory and orders
• Assisting customers identify and source the correct parts for their vehicles
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining a tidy and organised parts department, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborating closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfil customer needs
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor, is essential for this role
• Ability in using Autoline DMS software is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders

Salary and Benefits
Competitive Salary, with a realistic OTE 35,500 pa and Company benefits.
