My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Compliance Officer on a Contract basis.
To provide a professional, high quality, accurate customer focused onboarding, employment screening and compliance service to all our customer groups.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 140 - 160 per day, inside IR35
negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Deliver a high quality, accurate customer focused onboarding and employment screening service for all our customer groups.
- Work closely with the resourcing team to process candidates compliance documentation.
- Liaising with candidates through the initiation of the compliance software as well as by phone and face to face.
- Arrange suitable times for candidates to attend right to work document check appointments.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Up to date experience of employee screening, compliance and right to work checks.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written correspondence.
- Local Authority experience is essential
