Traffic Management Supervisor

My client is a large civils company that specialises in the maintenance of Highways through out the UK. They have the contract to look after all of Surrey Highways for potentially the next 20 years.

They are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Management supervisor to oversee the in house Traffic Management team.

Duties will include:

• Building a strong working relationship with the client
• Scheduling works to be carried out and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Checking that the work has been carried out to a satisfactory standard and feeding back to operatives
• Programme Jobs
• Undertake site audits where required

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience of working as a supervisor in the Traffic Management sector
• Good IT skills
• Must be qualified to M6 level
• An ability to build strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors and other stakeholders
• Ability to plan works and ensure health and safety and other compliance is adhered to at all times.

Hours are Monday - Friday. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
