Contracts Manager Demolition

A leading contractor within environmental services and demolition solutions, Asbestos surveying and removal has a key requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager to manage Asbestos removal and disposal projects on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Ranging in value from 10,000 to 2million, projects are UK wide with occasional international projects. They directly employ all their own demo operatives and asbestos removal operatives.

Circa of 65k basic plus company car + bonus + health care + pension

As the successful Contracts Manager

• Contracts manager will be running projects from initial quotation to completion

• Contracts Manager will be overseeing and managing various projects and clients
• Contracts Manager will ideally be located within the Kent area

To be successful as the Contracts Manager

• Demolition contract management experience is essential
• Happy to travel as required is essential
• Located within the Kent are is essential
