Senior Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an experienced SSM to oversee the internal fit out on a major new build development in SW London.

As a SSM, you will be responsible for leading the internal fit out of around 100 RC frame apartments, taking the units from 1st fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing a team of Site and Assistant Site Managers on site, chairing weekly progress meetings, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have experience in delivering units and must have worked for a leading residential developer/resi main contractor.

This is a minimum 12 month contract role and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate here.
