MRICS Leisure / Trading Valuation Surveyor - Hybrid working, 1-2 days in office per week

Trading and Leisure Valuers - Hiring in London / Greater London - hybrid working.

My client is one of the best known and most well-respected leisure property consultancy firms in the UK. They are actively seeking experienced Trading and Leisure Valuers and lease advisory surveyors to join their team, with roles available in the Midlands, East, South East and South regions and London.

Competitive remuneration package including car allowance, plus bonus potential based on performance and wider contribution. Basic salary likely ranging from £55,000 - 85,000 depending on experience (agency approx.). They work under a hybrid working model, typically 3 days in office per week and 2 days on inspections / working remotely.

All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments
