We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to oversee a talented administration team, driving efficiency, service quality, and business success. You'll play a key role in motivating your team, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and motivate your allocated team, providing training, support, and development opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for team queries, manage workflow, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the processing of new and existing business, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Support and enhance organisational processes within your team.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s, KPI reviews, and Personal Growth Plans.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to drive business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, GDPR, and Health & Safety regulations.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a team leader role within a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
