SEN Teaching assistant

Academics are currently looking for passionate SEN teaching assistants who are looking to have a positive impact and enjoy working with pupils with SEN across KS1/KS2 in a vibrant and supportive Primary School in Wandsworth.

Position: SEN Teaching assistant
Location: Primary School located in Wandsworth
Contract Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
Daily Rate: 85- 110 (Choice of Umbrella or PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various SEN including ASD and complex needs.
• Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans, ensuring students' individual needs are met.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Support the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them build confidence and independence.
• Encourage and promote positive behaviour and attitudes within the school community.
