Finance Controller

4Site are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join a renound London-based construction company, specialising in high-end residential refurbishments. In this part-time role, you ll be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining cash flow, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy for all transactions.

• Manage Debtors and Creditors ledgers, resolving aged items promptly.

• Post transactions accurately, including debit/credit cards and direct debits.

• Monitor subscriptions and ensure payments are collected on time.

• Oversee cash flow to meet scheduled payments and obligations.

• Support with invoicing clients and tracking incoming payments.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar finance role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Xero (or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex transactions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with cash flow management and forecasting.
