Location: Apsley, Hemel Hempstead ? Directorate: Adult Care Services Service Area: Gateway Service - Enablement Team Contract Length: 6 months (covering winter pressures) ? Number of Positions: 1 Pay Rate: £32 per hour (UMB / LTD) ? Job Level: L11 Work Mode: Hybrid (Office-based & Remote) Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday

DBS: Yes, Adult Enhanced required

• ? Community-based role
• ? Minimum of 4 new enablement assessments per week + revisiting existing cases
• ? Set SMART goals with clients & support achievement through therapeutic interventions
• Use therapy plans to support adults aged 18+

• ? HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with =2 years post-qualifying experience (essential)
• Full driving license (essential)
• Experience in rehabilitation or enabling teams (desirable)
