Programme Manager (Mainframe Modernisation)

Our UK Banking client require a Programme Manager to help support on an exciting project for an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer value by defining the programme, including the preferred methodology working with a range of stakeholders and make sure that they are given appropriate objectives, structure and scope.
- Prepare or contribute to a financial business case for the programme with a clear line of sight to the customer value being delivered in accordance with investment portfolio and funding requirements.
- Identify and manage the governance control processes appropriate to the complexities of the programme, making sure that all the programme deliverables support the agreed governance framework.
- Make sure that the delivery of customer value through project outcomes and services from the projects meets the strategic objectives of the programme, and plan for the frequent delivery of business value and enhanced customer experience.
Experience
- Strong experience of managing complex plans and deliveries across a number of delivery partners and teams - Must have
- Evidence of delivering Transformation projects and programs that migrate on prem systems to Public Cloud - Desirable
- Strong experience of delivering modernisation of Mainframe systems involving BlueAge- Very Desirable
- Strong evidence of stakeholder management with external teams across the organisation - Vey Desirable
