Full job description

As a Food & Beverage Service Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, preparing food and drinks with precision, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a craving to return!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Assist guests with menu choices, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve specialty drinks including coffee, bubble tea, smoothies, and fresh juices.
• Make and assemble chimney cakes, açaí bowls, and ice cream creations according to company standards.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Store Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and prep areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.

Teamwork & Operations:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow company policies, including uniform and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Work Schedule & Expectations:

• Flexible shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for holidays and peak hours is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for food, beverages, and customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety (training provided).
• Prior experience in food service, coffee shops, or dessert cafés is a plus but not required.
