CNC Miller

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled machinist to set and operate CNC multi-tasking lathes, manufacturing high-quality components for internal assembly flow lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC milling machines to produce small to medium batch work efficiently.
- Inspect finished components against engineering drawings using various measuring equipment.
- Maintain machines with daily, weekly, and monthly checks, ensuring good housekeeping and adherence to 5S standards.
- Optimise set-up and cycle times while monitoring tool life for efficiency.
- Complete de-burring, cleaning, final inspections, and all necessary documentation.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience operating CNC machines with a minimum of 4-axis control.
- Ability to read, edit, and work with Fanuc-based programs.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring techniques.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain quality under deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Safety-conscious and willing to learn new skills.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of twin spindle machines.
