  • Provide exceptional support to EYFS teachers in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students
  • Offer one-on-one attention and guidance to individual students, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential
  • Participate in the implementation of behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and visually appealing classroom environment, including the display of children's work and educational resources
  • Support with the observation, assessment, and record-keeping of children's progress, in line with EYFS guidelines
  • Actively engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Relevant qualification in Early Years Education or a related field (e.g. , NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3)
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an EYFS setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Creativity and a passion for delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Commitment to promoting the well-being and safeguarding of children
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
