They're looking for a skilled, detail-focused Coded Welder / Fabricator to join their PM shift Welding team.You'll perform coded welding and fabrication, interpret engineering drawings, complete quality checks, and maintain 5S and safety standards. You'll record work using the EPICOR MRP system and contribute to continuous improvement, with full training and support provided.This role would suit a certified Welder / Fabricator, or Ex-Forces / REME engineer looking for a hands-on role with PM shift hours, team support, and opportunities to develop skills within a growing, specialist engineering company.The Role:

• HandsOn Fabrication: Carry out coded welding and precision fabrication to high standards.
• Quality & Safety: Perform inspections, maintain 5S, and follow strict H&S and company procedures.
• Team & Development: Work within a supportive production team with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

The Candidate:

• Qualified & Experienced: Certified welder with at least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• DetailFocused: Able to read engineering drawings and deliver precise, highquality work.
• Ex Forces/REME: Ideal for Ex Forces/REME Engineers.
