A welcoming SEN school in Cranleigh is looking for a committed Learning Support Worker to support students in achieving both academic and personal development goals.

You Will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support

• Assist with sensory and communication strategies

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Essential:

• 3-6 months recent school experience

• Enhanced DBS (mandatory)

• Calm and adaptable personality
