We are currently seeking a skilled Site Manager for a 20-week contract with a reputable roofing contractor based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in felt and liquid roofing systems.

Role Overview:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from inception to completion. You will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and manage roofing projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Resolve any site-related issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of felt roofing and liquid roofing systems.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications.
