SEN Teacher

Are you a SEN Teacher who is passionate about supporting learners with SEMH and/or Autism? If so, I am currently looking to recruit SEN Teachers in and around Reigate, Surrey. I am working with SEN settings in the area who due to, expansions and staff changes are looking to recruit either after Easter, May half Term or Sept 2025.

Job Details:

• Position: SEN Teacher
• Contract Type: Perm
• Start Date: Easter/Sept
• Hours: Full time
• Location: Reigate, Surrey
• Actual Salary: £31,650 - £49084 + SEN
• School Type: Special School

SEN Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan bespoke education for learners with SEMH and/or Autism.
• Work closely with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate services and provide an inclusive approach to learner education.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the educational and emotional needs of the learners.
• Work in partnership with, peers, parents and carers.
• Use the whole school facilities to ensure learners have access to the best possible education.

SEN Teacher Requirements:

• Be committed to striving for the best outcome for the young people you work with
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience
• Supporting young people with SEMH and/or Autism
• Approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with learners with complex needs.
• Available Monday Friday 08 00
• Commutable to a Reigate Surrey.
