What You'll Do:

• Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with designers and product developers to bring unique design concepts to life.
• Technical Precision: Utilise your skills to create detailed specs and workbooks, ensuring precise communication and execution with production facilities.
• Quality and Consistency: Lead rigorous fit sessions, assess prototypes, and enforce quality standards to maintain the integrity of final products.
• Problem Solving: Act as a technical guru during fit meetings, offering solutions that are both creative and commercially viable.
• Standards of Excellence: Ensure all garments meet our high standards for quality, safety, and aesthetics, maintaining consistency across production lines.
• Strategic Oversight: Manage timelines and troubleshoot manufacturing issues, ensuring that all products are not only beautiful but also timely.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Professional: You bring at least 4 years of experience as a Garment Technologist, with a solid foundation in pattern cutting, garment construction, and textiles.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and you have a knack for learning new software quickly.
• Detail-Oriented: Your exceptional organisational skills mean you can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
• Communicator: You excel in building relationships and are as comfortable working with design teams as you are with external suppliers.
• Adaptable and Resilient: You thrive under pressure and are quick to find solutions to complex problems.
• Passionate about Sportswear: Experience in sportswear is a plus, showing your versatility and interest in diverse product categories.
