  • Prepare and issue terms and agreements to brokers promptly.
  • Conduct KYC and AML checks in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new brokers, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
  • Maintain detailed records of broker interactions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams for a seamless broker journey.
  • Address broker queries professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, pipeline updates, and reporting.
