Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining the pristine condition of the building's common areas, apartments, and facilities. You will play an integral role in ensuring that all spaces reflect the luxurious standards our residents expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cleaning and maintenance services to common areas such as lobbies, hallways, lounges, and other shared spaces.
• Assist in cleaning residential apartments (when required) with attention to detail, following resident preferences and specific requests.
• Ensure that all areas are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and order.
• Manage cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring they are stored safely and replenished as necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team members.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and maintain a positive, respectful attitude at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and building management teams to deliver outstanding service.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within a luxury residential or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous demeanour with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle cleaning materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
