Job Requirements/Description

Your role

  • Help drive first class customer service
  • Supervise and mentor inhouse customer service team
  • Set KPI's and objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive business and good practises
  • Undertake account management of key clients
  • Dealing with customer queries and complex issues when needed
  • Reporting
  • Attend customer review meetings on site
  • General admin

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of training / mentoring and supervising customer service advisor
  • High level attention to detail
