Looking for a Integration Delivery Manager with Oracle HCM experience who will work collaboratively with our client's HR, IT, SI Partner and Third-Party Application providers.
Duration- 6 months initially
Contract role - Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid - Reading (2 days onsite)
- Streamlines core HR business processes to optimise operational efficiencies and reduce administrative overhead.
- Optimises workforce planning and scheduling to meet operational needs.
- Enhances Talent Management capabilities to align learning pathways with business objectives for improved performance and growth.
- Seamlessly integrates Payroll processes with third-party applications, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and will be aligned to the Integration Workstream where they will play a pivotal role in working with our Third Party providers to coordinate integration design validation, testing and transition support activities. They will be responsible for ensuring third party commitments are maintained throughout the HCM implementation ensuring a smooth transition to live operate state.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with the integration delivery team, business stakeholders and Third Party suppliers.
- Manage Third Party commitments to support HCM design validation, application connectivity testing, test stages support and heightened collaboration during dress rehearsal and cutover activities.
- Work with the Integrations Delivery Lead to setup and maintain SCRUM Boards in Azure DevOps.
- Work with the Integrations Delivery Lead to complete deliverable and risk assurance reviews.
- Contribute to the Integration delivery plan in tracking Third Party activities and milestones.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Business Knowledge
- Good understanding of HR Core Business Function and Business Processes.
- Experience of working on a large Digital Transformation change programme, preferably in relation to Corporate shared services.
Experience
Relevant Waterfall and Agile practitioner qualifications required i.e. PSM Scrum Master, Prince2
- Demonstrable experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Extensive experience working as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
- A proven track record of delivery based on required business outcomes.
- Experience of a working in a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritisation of Third Party activities where required.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to develop counter-measures and contingency plans associated with significant project risks
Functional and Technical Skills
Oracle HCM SaaS experience. Knowledge of Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) on premise is preferred.
- Strongly knowledge of SCRIM when working in a DevOps environment,
- MSP Proficient - Specifically MSP Professional and MSP Online
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and O365 - Sharepoint
- Working Knowledge of Digital collaboration tools e.g. Miro, Mural
