Main Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to deliver strong sales performance and an excellent customer experience
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to store staff
- Manage staffing schedules, costs, and store compliance to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with wider teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect current priorities and seasonal focuses
- Collect and utilise customer data in line with regulations to inform in-store strategies
- Support a positive store culture and contribute to brand-led community engagement initiatives
- Manage store operations budget and lead the implementation of operational strategies, making prompt modifications as needed to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by enforcing established procedures and regularly updating employee handbooks and training documentation.
Requirements
- Over four years of experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector, with strong expertise in store operations and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to problem solving and customer engagement
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as part of a monthly rota
