Senior Property Loss Adjuster

A rapidly growing insurance brokers in London is seeking a full time Senior Property Loss Adjuster to join their claims management team, to assist with investigations in the field of high value and complex domestic and commercial property claims.

As the Senior Property Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for the following:

• Field adjusting for property claims (HNW)
• Full completion of site notes templates and associated documentation
• Insurance claims handling experience (especially complex loss)
• Ensure caseloads are accurate at all times.
• Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate.
• Work to ensure correct policy interpretation and validation.
• Prepare, check and approve where appropriate, reports for clients
• Take responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaints.
• Build good working relationships with clients and staff, internal and external to the business

The Senior Property Loss Adjuster will have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years Property Insurance experience (domestic and commercial)
• CII or ACILA or FCILA qualifications (or working towards).
• Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach
• Demonstrable experience of organizing and managing own workload is essential
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment where flexibility is required to accommodate peaks and troughs in workload.
• Excellent time management to be able to work to short/changing deadlines.
• Being prepared to work regionally in London with overnight stays
• Driving license and own vehicle is essential

You will be working Monday to Friday, Field based role & hybrid working.
