We're recruiting for a skilled CNC Programmer to join a well-established precision engineering business based in Luton, Bedfordshire. In this role, you'll take on a hands-on position within the workshop, including:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to meet production schedules

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately

• Using measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality standards are met

• Maintaining consistent quality throughout production runs

To succeed as a CNC Programmer, you'll ideally bring:

• Experience programming, setting, and operating MIYANO or similar CNC fixed head turning centres

• Fanuc or similar control experience (preferred but not essential)

• A strong quality-focused mindset during production

• Background as a CNC Setter Operator, with exposure to CNC Sliding Head machinery being advantageous
