Job Requirements/Description

A Global Investment Bank is hiring a Head of Change Management to join its growing EMEA Change function in London. This senior role supports enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring sustainable delivery, full benefits realisation and business readiness. With a strong focus on the human side of change, you'll help embed best practices across a complex, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of change strategies across EMEA
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of change agents
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed change into key programmes
  • Oversee change readiness, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive consistent application of change frameworks and tools
  • Measure outcomes and refine approaches to ensure lasting impact

Skillset & Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading large-scale change in investment banking
  • Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
  • Proven leadership in both stakeholder engagement and team management
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive adoption at pace
  • A passion for cultural change, continuous improvement and long-term transformation
