Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - NICEIC Qualified
Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire + Mobile across London & surrounding counties
Salary: 48k - 50k plus company van and benefits
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of site supervisors and electrical engineers within the maintenance department, delivering works across social housing and local authority properties.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on compliance, quality, and team development. You'll oversee electrical works, review and sign off certifications, and support daily operations alongside the Head of Department.

  Supervise and support engineers and site supervisors
• 
  Oversee electrical works to ensure compliance with regulations and specs
• 
  Sign off electrical certification as the company's NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
• 
  Conduct inspections, toolbox talks, and performance reviews
• 
  Attend client meetings, produce specs and variations
• 
  Carry out testing, fault-finding, and maintenance where required

• 
  NICEIC Qualified Supervisor registration (essential)
• 
  NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (2382), and Inspection & Testing (2391-52)
• 
  Strong supervisory experience in the electrical sector
• 
  Solid understanding of regs and certification processes
• 
  Full UK Driving Licence (12+ months)
