Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services looking to join a company with an excellent reputation in the industry?

On offer is a varied role working on a wide variety of project across a range of sectors and clients across Education, Residential, Commercial and Healthcare.

This would suit someone with strong experience in the industry looking to join a company that will reward your hardwork.

The role:

• Working on a wide range of projects across a number of sectors
• Implement company procedures and policies, including CAD system usage, and ensure quality inspections.
• Provide mechanical design and engineering support across projects, collaborating with the project manager and design team.
• Engage with clients, conduct surveys, and contribute to maintaining and expanding the client base.

The person:

• Must have relevant Design experience with a relevant background in building services
• You will have experience in any of the following: Building Regulations / GLA London Plan / Renewable technologies / Thermal Modelling / SAPs/ SBEM Calculations/ EPC's / BREEAM / Passivhaus Standards / CIBSE TM59 / Overheating strategies and calculations.
• AutoCAD experience and ideally knowledge of Bluebeam and or Revit too
