Key Responsibilities:

- Diary Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff. Handle diary changes efficiently to optimise time management.
- Minute-Taking: Attend meetings, record detailed minutes, and circulate documentation to relevant stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
- General Administrative Support: Provide organisational support, including filing, email correspondence, and the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues and departments to enhance workflow and communication.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Experience in diary management and minute-taking is highly desirable.
