Our Travel Assistance Team is looking for a passionate and dedicated Travel Assistance Assessment Co-ordinator to join our amazing team and help make a difference today.
About the Role:
As a Travel Assistance Assessment Co-ordinator, you will:

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
About You:
We're looking for a committed, motivated professional with a passion for improving access to education for children and young people with SEND.
You'll have:
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post, as it involves regulated activity under the Vetting & Barring Scheme.
About the Team:
You'll be joining a dedicated and supportive Travel Assistance Team within Southwark's Children's & Adults' Services. Our service helps vulnerable children and young people access education, promoting safety, independence, and inclusion.
