Legal Secretary

The Firm
Our client, a well established law firm based in Victoria are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing team.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will work closely with the Partners in relation to the firm's administrative functions. Duties to include:

• Responsible for front of house and telephone cover
• Liaising with clients and contacts by telephone and in writing
• Maintaining office supplies and stationery
• Photocopying and filing
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
• Ensuring the firm's calendars are kept up to date
• Acting as the first point of contact in relation to any IT queries
• Assisting with the firm's HR and financial procedures

This Legal Secretary role is a full time, permanent office based role, working Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Requirements

• At least 6 months administration experience within a professional services environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Good numerical and communications skills, both verbal and written
