Proposal Manager

A leading and reputable fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Croydon are looking for a Proposals Manager to join their expanding work winning team.

You will lead on the end to end proposal management of competitive fit out tenders, while maintaining all new content within the bid library to ensure continuous improvement as well as have an input into design of the templates and written content where necessary. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about bids and has the drive and ambition to push themselves to develop further.

The ideal candidate will have good writing skills and a good knowledge of the built environment. You will have strong organisational and project management skills and be confident communicating at all levels. The ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames is essential.
