Quantity Surveyor Cladding & Facades

We have been given a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to start immediately to work in a cladding and facades division of a large residential developer.

You will as Quantity Surveyor cover both new, existing and legacy projects within this specialist division. The role is to initially oversee two legacy projects in Southeast London.

For this Quantity Surveyor position you will have worked specifically on façade and cladding packages either for a main contractor, developer or specialist cladding and façade sub-contractor.

A good understanding of the work and contracts is essential, and you should have at least 5yrs Quantity Surveying experience.
