The Role

We are looking for skilled and reliable Floor Layers with experience in:

• Vinyl flat lay, cap & cove, and patch repairs
• Measuring and preparing subfloors
• Working to Scope of Works via PDA or job sheet
• Communicating clearly with tenants and site teams

Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence

Own van and tools

Experience working in social housing environments

UTR number / CIS registered

Valid DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one)

Hours & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (typical hours)
• Optional call-out rota available once every 4-5 weeks (evenings/weekends)
• Flexible working arrangements - choose full-time or part-time based on your schedule and availability
