Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer: TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for Mobile Maintenance Engineers to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering between High Wycombe, Reading & Slough.

As an Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for planned and reactive maintenance at your dedicated sites, carrying out a range of mechanical tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services.

Duties

As a Maintenance Engineer you ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.

Tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHU s, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

Salary: £41,209 per annum + Door-to-door pay for travel time.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Requirements

F-Gas and HVAC skills, along with a full driving license.
