Job Role: Head of Food & Beverage
Location: Chigwell, Essex, UK
Salary: up to £48,843 per annum

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the food and beverage industry? We are seeking a Head of Food & Beverage to join a dynamic team in a consultative and advisory capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the cafes, bar and hire venue across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Consultative Leadership: Provide expert guidance and support to the managers of the cafes and bars, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Strategic Oversight: Work closely with the team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and enhance customer experience.
• Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to make impactful decisions, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior food and beverage role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to leadership.
• A track record of driving performance and delivering results.
• The business operates 7 days a week, including evenings and weekend working patterns will need to cover the full range of opening hours according to need.
