Freelance Quantity Surveyor - London / Surrey - Remote role

I am currently recruiting for a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in South West London to work on new build commercial projects ranging in value from 5 to 30 million for the next 12 weeks.

I need the suitable candidate to work with the estimating team on a number of tender enquiries that are coming through. Key duties will be -

• Help with sub-contractor returns
• Work through live tenders
• Help with breakdown of costs for each tender
• Each package has circa 7/8 subcontractors
• Each tender has circa 30 enquiries

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP and can be either a 4 or 5 days a week role with remote working. If you are interested in hearing more on this role, please let me know the best number to contact you.
