Job Requirements/Description

Inherit £35M+ AUM Clear Route to Partnership

Expected Earnings: £140k+ by Year 3

Are you a Chartered Financial Planner seeking to elevate your career with a firm that values integrity, quality, and long-term growth over consolidation? This is a rare opportunity to take over an established £35M+ client book from one of the top-performing Partners at a multi-award-winning Chartered Wealth Management firm in Central London.

About the Firm

We've partnered with this highly respected independent wealth management firm for over a decade. Over that time, we've witnessed consistent organic growth and a strong commitment to remaining privately owned. With a reputation built on ethical, jargon-free, client-first advice, they generate a significant proportion of new business through referrals and long-standing relationships.

The firm offers a genuine career path to Partnership, alongside a culture that supports entrepreneurial thinking, professional development, and work-life balance.

The Opportunity

One of the firm's senior Partners-among the highest revenue-generators-is seeking to gradually transition a substantial client portfolio to an experienced Chartered Financial Planner. This includes an immediate handover of £35M+ in AUM, with a further tranche of clients to follow once strong relationships have been established.

This role is ideal for an Adviser who thrives on delivering truly holistic financial planning and intergenerational advice, rather than traditional sales-based business development. You'll be supported by a dedicated Paraplanning team, allowing you to focus on building trust with clients and making a lasting impact on their financial lives.

Key Highlights

  • Established Client Book: Immediate transfer of £35M+ AUM
  • Career Progression: Defined pathway to Partnership
  • Hybrid Flexibility: London-based, with remote/hybrid working supported
  • Leadership Support: Work alongside an entrepreneurial and inspiring Partner
  • Full Paraplanning & Administrative Support
  • Ethical, Referral-Driven Model: Focus on advice, not sales targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Chartered Financial Planner (or one exam away)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of client-facing advisory experience
  • Technically proficient with a strong ethical foundation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset
  • Able to attend client meetings in London periodically

This is a standout opportunity to take your career to the next level, within a firm that believes in building legacies-for both its clients and its advisers.
