Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder on behalf of our client based Maldon on a permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Prepare, assemble, and weld components to required specifications.
• Inspect and finish welds to meet quality standards.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain welding equipment and report faults.
• Work independently or within a team to meet deadlines.
• Complete basic documentation and support general fabrication tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

• MIG welding
• Sheet metal work experience
• Experience using steel fabrication machinery

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Tig welding (1 year)

MIG welding experience is advantageous

Driving licence due to company location

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Benefits: Overtime available, Free on site parking
• Salary: £31,200 to £36,500per annum, higher bracket DOE.
