The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead a wide portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, including:

• Commercial offices
• Education & healthcare
• High-end residential & student living
• Industrial sheds
• Retail, hotels & leisure

You'll be responsible for full project delivery, from pre-contract through to final account, while managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development.

This role offers a clear and supported pathway to Director level - ideal for an Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to take on more strategic responsibility within a forward-thinking and collaborative consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Significant Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
• Excellent Pre & post contract experience
• MRICS is a must
• Ambitious, proactive & client facing
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, managing small teams alongside business development
