Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with special educational needs (SEN) at our primary school in Ealing. The role involves working closely with students to help them engage with the curriculum, both in and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist with learning activities and behavior management.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children in a school or similar setting.
• Knowledge of SEN and how to support diverse learning needs.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a team player.
