Housing Reviews Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Review Officer to support homelessness review functions across the Lambeth area.

• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
• Flexibility may be available as the contract progresses

• Rate: £35.20 per hour
• Contract Length: 6+ months (ongoing)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting Homelessness Part 7 Section 202 reviews, ensuring statutory compliance
• Applying a strong working knowledge of the Review Regulations
• Producing high-quality written decisions within required timeframes
• Ensuring fair, thorough, and legally robust review outcomes

• Proven experience undertaking s202 homelessness reviews
• Strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act, and relevant Review Regulations
• Previous experience working within a Local Authority housing options or homelessness service
