Evaluate repair/overhaul methods and reverse engineer component assemblies.
Develop and approve alternative tooling and produce technical documentation.
Lead/support NPD projects, including technical procedure development and handover to operations.
Provide technical support during equipment failures and non-conformances.
Lead root cause investigations and maintain internal technical records.
Design or upgrade tools and equipment within budgetary limits.
Apply industrial engineering methods to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.
Drive operational excellence (OpEx) and lean initiatives (Kaizens, GEMBA walks, 5S).
Support change management and continuous improvement activities.
Degree/HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field.
Familiarity with industry regulations (AS9100, EASA/FAA Part 145 & 21G).
Strong technical drawing, documentation, and CAD skills.
Effective communicator, team player, and project planner with a proactive mindset.
