We working with a leading construction firm based in Caterham, Kent, specialising in a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial developments. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Head Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and contracts, with a proven track record in estimating and managing projects ranging from £100,000 to £1 million, as well as smaller works.

• Lead the estimation process for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and manage project frameworks and schedules.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Mentor and train junior estimators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Significant experience in estimating within the construction industry, particularly in a contracts management role.
• Proficiency in using estimation software and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of frameworks and scheduling methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Competitive salary package between £60,000 and £80,000 PAYE.
