Salary: £280 - £300 CIS

Duration: 2 year fixed contract

O Neill and Brennan are currently working with a residential developer who have an RC Frame High rise project in the South West London area. They currently have a requirement for an internals site manager on a long term self employed basis

The successful Internals manager will have:

• Prior experience managing from 1st fix to handover
• Prior experience working on high volume residential schemes for developers or principle contractors
• Steady work history with long stints in each job
