What s the Role?

• Independent Working: Manage your own schedule with the full support of the Enforcement Support Team and Area Enforcement Manager.
• Responsibilities: Collect payments, execute warrants, trace absconders, and seize goods for auction every day brings something new!
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all legal procedures, policies, and regulations are followed - Dress Code essential.
• Client Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Who Are We Looking For? We re seeking a motivated, self-driven individual who s eager to make a real impact. To succeed in this fast-paced role, you ll need:

• A full UK driving licence.
• Fully Certificated Enforcement Agent
• Working hours range between 6 am and 9 pm flexible, including occasional weekends
• Able to communicate and interact with customer from all cultures and backgrounds - what matters is your drive to connect with those people and achieve results!

New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.
