We're reaching out to experienced Bodyshop Managers with a proven record in achieving targets and delivering results. Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be a part of a market leading Automotive business who cares for their employees?

The successful Bodyshop Manager will play a pivotal part in the running of the Production Workshop, overseeing performance of the Technicians (Paint / Panel / MET / Advisors) as well as safety, quality and customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience within the Bodyshop environment - preferably at Management level - Bodyshop Controller / Bodyshop Manager / General Manager;
Strong people-management skills;
Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team, maximising productivity and customer retention whilst maintaining a motivated workforce;
Pro-active approach to managing the customer journey, ability to review processes where required;
Technical knowledge of the vehicle body and paint repair processes;
Experience at Bodyshop Manager / Site Manager / General Manager level within the Motor Trade.
