After nearly 25 years our Deputy Manager responsible for Curriculum and SEND has retired and we are looking for:

1. Curriculum Lead (Early Years) and Special Educational Needs Coordinator

We're seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead on the design, implementation, and continuous development of our Early Years curriculum. You'll work closely with the team to ensure our learning experiences are rich, child-centred, and rooted in the EYFS framework.

As well as leading the SEND(Special Educational Needs). This individual has to be compassionate and knowledgeable to support children with additional needs and lead on inclusive practice. As our SEND Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping strategies, supporting staff, and working in partnership with families and external professionals.

Job Type: Full Time 37 hours per week

Competitive Salary: £38,343 - £44,202 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Location: White City, W12

Qualifications & Experience :

As a Deputy Manager , you will need to be level 4 qualified and above in Early Years. You must have leadership experience of no less than three years in leading and proven ability to work effectively and supervise staff members .
